Last year’s annual report on unidentified flying objects (UFOs) was published by the Pentagon’s Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The report includes information from intelligence and military agencies, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Oceanography and Atmosphere Administration, the Department of Energy, and NASA.

This is reported by Space.com.

The report mentions 510 cases of UFO sightings recorded by U.S. Navy and Air Force personnel and covered on official channels.

171 objects could not be identified due to lack of details. Of the 366 remaining cases, 26 (5% of the total) are drones, 163 are balloons, and 6 are associated with birds.

There were no cases of collisions of American aircraft with UFOs.
