The popular visual neural network Midjourney, which creates images based on a textual description, demonstrated what the series “Friends” would look like if it were a Hollywood drama of the 40s.
It’s about a noir movie. This style, popular in the cinema of the 40s and early 50s of the last century, is permeated with an atmosphere of pessimism, distrust, cynicism and disappointment in Western society during the Second World War and the first years of the Cold War.
The video shows familiar characters, but not at all in a comedic role.
Earlier, the Midjourney neural network demonstrated what the characters in the Star Wars franchise would look like if they were painted by Dutch painter Hieronymus Bosch.
