Microsoft plans to purchase a video service Netflix. This was reported by Reuters.

According to the agency, the transaction price is $190 billion, including the sum of all commissions and bonuses.

Officially, the deal is scheduled to be announced next year.

The agency notes that this will not be the first company to acquire Microsoft. The corporation began buying up companies after it was headed by Satya Nadella eight years ago. In particular, Microsoft bought the social network LinkedIn for $26 billion. Nuance, a speech recognition software company, also took over its ownership.
