The manufacturer of the world’s first laptop without a screen is an Israeli startup Sightful. The device, called Spacetop, runs on Android. You will have to use it in AR glasses. This is stated on the portal Tom’s Hardware.

Using an AR headset, augmented reality displays a screen up to 100 inches in size. The resolution of the glasses will be 1080p per eye. Demonstration of content in AR eliminates the possibility of interference with the workflow of any third party.

The gadget has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and an Adreno 650 graphics card. RAM and built-in memory are 8 GB and 256 GB respectively. Spacetop weighing 1.5 kg is able to work offline for up to 5 hours. The device supports Wi-Fi 6, 5G, and Bluetooth 5.1 technologies.

It should be noted that Spacetop has one major drawback. Currently, it can only work with web applications.

Previously, his own invention – a laptop that will work for two years after one charge – was presented by developer-enthusiast Andreas Eriksen. To create a unique device, he was inspired by the constant discharge of his own gadget.
