On Instagram, you can now opt out of data collection in the apps and websites you visit.

The company says it is expanding the ability to disable such tracking on Instagram by allowing you to see which companies share information with Meta, disable certain activities, or clear the information collected.

You can now find this feature called Activity Off-Meta Technologies in the platform’s Account Center. Previously, it was only available for Facebook.

Meta has announced several other features that are also coming to the Accounts Center, including a way to transfer your Instagram photos and videos to other services.

In addition, you can now download information from your Facebook and Instagram accounts at the same time. Meta previously only allowed you to download information individually.

Recall that Meta introduced new artificial intelligence features for editing images and creating stickers on Instagram.
