Google has launched a special domain for memes – .meme.

.meme domains will go public on December 5 at a base annual price.

The project already has partnerships with six companies and well-known Internet figures, including the repository of Gif files and memes Tenor and the Grumpy Cat website – it is now available at grumpycat.meme.

“Whether you’re going to share a scenario that may be related to you, convey feelings that are difficult to convey in words alone, enjoy pure chance, or even try to start a social movement, we can’t wait to see how you use .meme to express your point,” the company wrote .
